Carlotta has a large fully fenced garden, entrance from the veranda where we find a table, chairs and deckchairs, a washing machine. Large living room with table and chairs, a sofa and SAT TV, the living room leads to the kitchen which offers 4 gas burners, oven, dishwasher. Always from the kitchenette you can access the garden where we find a barbecue. The house offers two double bedrooms and to one can add a folding bed, a large bathroom with shower, bidet and a sink. For guests, both air conditioning and heating are available for a fee. The furnishings are very nice and tasteful, all to make your stay pleasant.
